MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who support the mission of Women Innovators in Tech and are committed to fostering an inclusive and innovative tech community.
Membership Fees: Membership is free for the first two years from the date of joining. After two years, the annual membership fee is $50 per year. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Membership Benefits: Members gain access to networking events, mentorship programs, forums, workshops, and other exclusive resources provided by Women Innovators in Tech.
Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to the organization’s ethical standards and respect all members. Any misconduct or violation of the organization’s principles may result in termination of membership.
Use of Media (Photos/Videos): By becoming a member, you grant Women Innovators in Tech the right to use photographs and videos taken at organization events for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes without any compensation or prior approval.
Liability Waiver: Women Innovators in Tech is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in any of its events, forums, or activities.
Privacy Policy: Personal information provided in this application will be kept confidential and used solely for organizational purposes. By submitting this form, you consent to receiving communications from Women Innovators in Tech.
Termination of Membership: The organization reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if a member is found in violation of the organization’s policies or is engaged in activities contrary to its mission. Membership fees will not be refunded in case of termination.
No Voting or Governance Rights: Membership does not confer any voting rights, ownership, or governance authority within Women Innovators in Tech.
No Employment or Legal Obligation: Membership does not establish an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the member and Women Innovators in Tech.
Indemnification Clause: Members agree to indemnify and hold Women Innovators in Tech harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the organization’s activities.
Amendment Clause: The organization reserves the right to amend the membership terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of significant changes.
Confidentiality Agreement: Members must not share confidential or proprietary information obtained through the organization without prior written consent.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from membership shall first be resolved through mediation before legal action is considered.
Intellectual Property Clause: Any content, ideas, or materials shared within the organization’s platforms remain the property of the respective creators, but the organization has the right to use and distribute non-confidential materials for promotional or educational purposes.
